Field Notes:
Workers: 2 male cooks, 1 male manager, 1female "burrito artist", 1 male "burrito artist"
Consumers: 12 males, 3 females (not including the two females in our group), all but two consumers were typical college age, other two were in their 60s, most stay to eat, two people left.
Music: Nirvana and other grunge/alternative bands
Colors: Maroon and gold meets southwestern, carpet is a muted color but a big pattern
TV: Playing Entertainment Tonight
